Branded calling shows your business name on the recipient’s phone instead of just the number. Dramatically improves pickup rates.

   Settings → Phone → Caller ID

   Request branded calling.

   Provide business verification

   Legal name, EIN, and a logo. Verified by a third-party registrar.

   Wait for approval

   7-14 days typical.

   Enable per number

   Once approved, toggle on any outbound numbers you want branded.
