Every call can be recorded and transcribed automatically. Great for coaching, compliance, and CRM enrichment (AI picks out meeting dates, objections, and next steps).

    Settings → Phone → Recording
    Toggle inbound and outbound recording.

    Enable consent announcement
    Most jurisdictions require it. Open Doors plays "This call may be recorded" at the start.

    Pick retention
    30, 90, or 365 days.

    Listen / download
    Recordings appear on the contact timeline.
