A workflow is a sequence that runs when a trigger fires. Triggers include form submissions, Pipeline AI stage moves, inbound messages, OpenPay events, calendar bookings, tag changes, and custom webhooks. Actions cover sending messages, updating records, creating opportunities, calling external APIs, and waiting for time, a condition, or a goal event.
