Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, booking confirmations) go through a separate, higher-priority pipeline with different rate limits and a dedicated sender IP pool.
- No unsubscribe link required by law (though good practice).
- Not affected by marketing throttles.
- Higher inbox priority at most ISPs.
- Must be triggered by user action — cannot be used for promotion.
