Any workflow can send a WhatsApp template. Great for appointment reminders, abandoned cart nudges, and post-purchase thank-yous.

Pattern: appointment reminder 24h before

  • Trigger: Appointment booked
  • Wait until: 24 hours before start
  • Action: Send WhatsApp template "appointment_reminder" with {{1}}=start_time, {{2}}=location
  • Condition: if opted out of WhatsApp, fall back to SMS
