Connect WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp in Open Doors uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Your conversations land in the same Conversations inbox as SMS, email, and everything else.

   Prepare your Facebook Business Manager

   Verified business required (takes 1-5 days if not already done).

   Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp

   Click Connect.

   Embedded signup flow

   Sign in with your Facebook account, approve permissions, select Business Manager, and register a phone number.

   Verify the phone number

   Receive an SMS or voice code. The number cannot be in active use by another WhatsApp app.

   Set display name and about

   Customer-facing — shown on every message.
