    Build with the standard funnel builder.

    Required fields
    Name, email, PayPal/Stripe email for payouts, tax info (W-9 US, equivalent elsewhere).

    Terms acceptance
    Include an affiliate agreement the applicant must accept.

    Approval mode
    Auto-approve (fastest signups) or manual approval (higher quality partners).
