One-off requests, bulk sends, and triggering review requests automatically.

One-off request
- 1Open the contactFrom Conversations or Contacts.
- 2Click "Request review"Top-right of the contact panel.
- 3Pick channelSMS (highest response), email, or both.
- 4Edit the message if neededA default template is pre-filled. The link includes your tracking parameters.
- 5SendYou will see the status update in the activity log.
Bulk requests
Open Contacts → filter to the customers you want to ask (e.g. tag = customer, last invoice paid in last 30 days). Click Bulk Actions → Request Review. Set throttle (we recommend no more than 200 SMS per hour to protect your sender reputation).
Automatic requests
Build a workflow: Trigger = "Invoice Paid" or "Pipeline AI stage = Won," wait one day, then action "Send Review Request." This is the highest-leverage piece of Rate Us once it is running.
