Reply to reviews with Reviews AI

Reviews AI reads each review and drafts a reply in the tone you have set. You stay in the loop: edit anything you want before clicking Post.

   Open Rate Us → Reviews

   Click on any review.

   Click "Generate reply"

   A draft appears in the reply box.

   Edit and post

   The reply goes to Google or Facebook through the API; you do not need to leave Open Doors.

Brand voice

Set the default tone in Rate Us → Settings → Reviews AI. Pick from professional, warm, casual, or write your own three-sentence brand voice description.
