Route happy customers to public, unhappy to private

Rate Us can show a quick "How was your experience?" page first. Customers who pick 4 or 5 stars are passed straight to your Google review form. Customers who pick 3 or fewer are sent to a private feedback form so you hear about the problem before they post about it publicly.

   Open Rate Us → Settings

   Toggle "Two-step request page" on.

   Set the threshold

   Default is 4 stars. Anything below goes to private feedback.

   Customise the private form

   Ask what went wrong and how you can fix it. Set a manager to be notified instantly.
