Spam and unwanted contacts

Not every inbound is useful. Spam in SMS, junk form submissions, and hostile messages all have a handling pattern.

• Mark as spam — removes the thread from the active inbox and trains the filter.
• Block contact — stops all inbound from this number or email.
• Report — for phishing or abuse, flags to the Open Doors team.
