Snippets and templates

Snippets are reusable replies. Type / in the compose box to open the snippet picker, select one, and it expands with the contact’s details merged in.

Set up a snippet

   Settings → Snippets → New

   Name it with a short keyword (e.g. "proposal-followup").

   Write the template

   Use merge fields like {{contact.first_name}} and {{custom_values.booking_url}}.

   Share with team

   Toggle "Shared" to make the snippet available to everyone.
