Connect Facebook Messenger

Reply to Page messages from Conversations.

    Settings → Integrations → Facebook
    Click Connect.

    Sign in to Facebook as a Page admin
    Personal account access is not sufficient.

    Pick the Page
    Approve pages_messaging and pages_read_engagement.

    Test with a known contact
    Send a message from their personal Facebook to your Page. It should appear in Conversations within a few seconds.
