Connect Google Business Profile messages

GBP messages are the chat button on your Google Business Profile listing. Connecting routes them through Conversations instead of the GBP mobile app.

   Settings → Integrations → Google

   Authorise with a Google account that manages the Business Profile.

   Pick the location

   If you manage multiple locations, choose the one belonging to this Open Doors account.

   Enable messaging

   Toggle "Messaging" on. This also enables it on your GBP listing if it was off.
