Connect your business email

Connecting email lets you send and receive from your business address inside Conversations. Threads appear alongside SMS and everything else.

   Settings → Integrations → Email

   Pick Gmail, Microsoft 365, or Custom IMAP.

   Sign in with OAuth

   Gmail and Microsoft use OAuth — no passwords stored.

   Verify sender domain

   For outbound sending at scale, add DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. See email-deliverability.

   Test

   Send a test email from a test contact and confirm it lands in their inbox and on the Open Doors timeline.
