Every appointment confirmation includes reschedule and cancel links. Customers self-serve 95% of the time without hitting your team.

Settings that matter

  • Reschedule window — how close to the appointment they can still reschedule (default: 2 hours before).
  • Cancel window — same concept for cancels.
  • Limit reschedules per booking — prevents serial reschedulers from clogging the calendar.
  • Notify owner on reschedule/cancel — push + email so you are not surprised.
