Recommended cadence
- Immediately — email confirmation with calendar invite.
- 24 hours before — SMS confirmation ("Reply C to confirm, R to reschedule").
- 1 hour before — SMS with the video link or address.
- 15 min before — SMS final nudge.
- 10 min after (if no-show) — SMS "We missed you, reschedule here" with link.
