Requiring a deposit at booking dramatically reduces no-shows for high-ticket services. The booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds.

    Calendar settings → Payment
    Toggle "Require deposit".

    Set the amount
    Fixed amount or percentage of service price.

    Pick a gateway
    Stripe for card, PayPal, or both.

    Choose refund policy
    Auto-refund on cancel with X hours notice, or manual only.
