Slots not showing that should be free

  • External calendar is marking them busy — check connected calendars for hidden events.
  • Padding is eating them — reduce the before/after buffer.
  • Max daily bookings already hit for that day.
  • Time zone mismatch — viewer and user in different zones, confirm the display.

Bookings not writing to Google/Outlook

  • Integration token expired — reconnect in Profile → Calendars.
  • Permission scope was denied at connect time — reconnect and approve all scopes.
