Slots not showing that should be free
- External calendar is marking them busy — check connected calendars for hidden events.
- Padding is eating them — reduce the before/after buffer.
- Max daily bookings already hit for that day.
- Time zone mismatch — viewer and user in different zones, confirm the display.
Bookings not writing to Google/Outlook
- Integration token expired — reconnect in Profile → Calendars.
- Permission scope was denied at connect time — reconnect and approve all scopes.
