Pipeline visibility and permissions
Limit which users see which pipelines and opportunities.

- Public pipelines — visible to every user in the workspace.
- Private pipelines — visible only to admins and named users.
- Per-user opportunity visibility — "Own only" means a rep sees only their own deals, "All" sees everything.
- Manager view — managers can see their direct reports’ deals but not their peers’.
