Pipeline AI is the Open Doors name for opportunities. Each pipeline is a board of stages, and each card on the board is a deal you are working with a contact. AI scoring, next-best-action prompts, and stage-move automations layer on top so the pipeline updates itself instead of waiting for a rep to remember.

What you get out of the box

  • Multiple pipelines, one per process (sales, onboarding, renewals, refunds, etc.).
  • Stages with weighted probability and required fields per stage.
  • AI scoring on each opportunity based on engagement, source, and stage age.
  • Stuck-deal alerts when an opportunity sits in a stage past its threshold.
  • Stage-move triggers in Workflows so you can automate next steps.
  • Forecast view with weighted and unweighted projections.
  • Activity log per opportunity with calls, SMS, emails, notes, and tasks.

Where to find it

Pipeline AI lives in the left sidebar between Contacts and Marketing. Click the icon to land on your default pipeline; switch pipelines with the dropdown at the top.
