Round-robin distribution assigns each new opportunity to the next available rep in a rotation. Fair, fast, and avoids the inbox-scramble problem.

    Start with the entry event.

    Add action: Round-Robin Assignment
    Pick the pool of users.

    Respect availability
    Skip reps who are off or maxed out on their daily quota.

    If no one in the pool is available, assign to a fallback user (usually a manager).
