Create a pipeline

Add a new pipeline, name your stages, and set probabilities.

    Open Pipeline AI → Manage Pipelines
    Settings cog in the top right, then "Manage Pipelines."

    Click "New Pipeline"
    Give it a clear, action-oriented name like "New Business 2026" or "Renewals Q2."

    Add stages
    Use the verb your team actually says (Contacted, Qualified, Demo Booked, Proposal Sent, Won). Six stages or fewer keeps the board scannable.

    Set probability per stage
    Assign a percentage that reflects historical close rates. Pipeline AI uses these for the weighted forecast.

    Pick visibility
    Public (all team members) or Private (only the owner and admins).

    Save
    Your new pipeline appears in the dropdown immediately.
