A contact is one record per person. Every conversation, opportunity, invoice, appointment, and note attaches to that record. Email and phone deduplication runs automatically on every create and import.
Anatomy of a contact

- Pipeline AI — opportunities this contact is linked to.
- Tasks — open and completed to-dos.
