Failed payments and dunning

Stripe automatically retries failed cards over the next 7 days. OpenPay sends the customer an email at each retry and a final email if the card cannot be recovered. Build a workflow on the "Subscription Payment Failed" trigger to add a tag, notify the owner, and pause access to memberships.
