  • Sent — timestamp.
  • Opened — every time the document is opened, by whom.
  • Viewed per page — time spent on each page.
  • Signed — signer, timestamp, IP, device.
  • Declined — with optional comment from signer.
  • Expired — if the document had an expiry date.
