Document templates

Templates are versioned. Every version is preserved so you can audit which version was used for historical contracts.

• Shared templates — visible to the whole team.
• Locked templates — admins lock to prevent edits by others.
• Variables — declare at the top of the template for consistent merge fields.
• Conditional sections — e.g. show the "US tax" paragraph only if {{contact.country}} = US.
