A workflow is not firing
Common causes and how to debug.

- Workflow not published — check the toggle in top-right is on.
- Trigger mismatched — "Form Submitted" with wrong form selected.
- Re-entry blocked — contacts who already ran the workflow are excluded by default.
- A condition earlier in the flow is stopping them silently.
- Execution log shows the contact never entered — means the trigger did not match.
