Integration disconnected

OAuth tokens expire or get revoked (user changed password, admin removed access, provider policy changed). Reconnecting is always a 30-second fix.

   Settings → Integrations

   Disconnected integrations show a red indicator.

   Click Reconnect

   Sign in again and approve scopes.

   Verify by testing

   Reopen an affected workflow or dashboard.
