Check in order
- Contact is in DND for email — look for DND tag on the contact.
- Sender domain verification failed — Settings → Domains should show green.
- Daily send limit hit — new accounts warm up gradually.
- Workflow that should fire is not published — activation toggle off.
- Spam complaint rate above 0.08% — we auto-throttle to protect your reputation.
- Template references a custom field that does not exist.
