Assign phone numbers to users

Rep-specific phone numbers let customers save and call back the specific person they spoke to. Better relationships, better pickup rates.

   Buy or select an existing number

   Settings → Phone Numbers.

   Assign to user

   Edit the number → Assigned to → pick user.

   Inbound routing

   Calls and SMS to that number go directly to the user’s inbox.
