Sign in as a user (admin only)

Admins can sign in as any user to troubleshoot permission issues or see exactly what they see. All actions are logged under the admin’s audit trail, not the impersonated user.

   Settings → My Staff → select user → ⋮ → Sign in as user

   Requires admin role.

   Session banner

   A persistent banner shows you are impersonating. Every action is audit-logged.

   Exit impersonation

   Click the banner → "Return to my account".
