Add and remove users

Invitations, deactivation, and ownership transfer.

    Settings → My Staff → Add Employee
    Enter name, email, phone.

    Pick role and permissions
    Admin or User with fine-grained scope.

    Assign a phone number
    For calls and SMS routed specifically to them.

    Send invitation
    They get an activation email.

Remove a user

Deactivating a user retains their data (assigned deals, sent messages) but revokes login. Use this instead of deleting — deletion risks orphaning records.
