• Step 1: Budget — if < $1k, skip to "not-a-fit" thank-you.
• Step 1: Budget ≥ $1k → continue.
• Step 2: Timeline — if 12+ months, send to nurture flow.
• Step 2: Timeline < 3 months → send to calendar-booking step.
