Data deletion requests

Honour a customer right-to-be-forgotten request.

    Find the contact
    Search by the email or phone they provided.

    Export first if needed for records
    Some jurisdictions require retention of certain records.

    Delete the contact
    Contacts → Delete. Goes to trash for 30 days, then permanent.

    For permanent immediate deletion
    Request via support with a written RTBF request; typically completed in 7 days.
