Invite your team

Add users, choose a role, and decide what they can see.

You can invite as many teammates as your plan allows. Each user gets their own login, calendar, and inbox views.

    Open Settings → My Staff
    Click "Add Employee" in the top right.

    Enter their details
    Name, email, and the phone number you want their calls and SMS to come from.

    Pick a role
    Admin (everything) or User (limited). You can fine-tune permissions on the next step.

    Send the invitation
    They will receive an activation email and can log in immediately.
