Every form submission creates or updates a contact, fires the "Form Submitted" workflow trigger, and adds a timeline entry. Forms embed on Open Doors sites, external sites, or share as a hosted link.

  • Inline — renders in the page flow.
  • Popup — opens in an overlay on click or exit-intent.
  • Hosted link — opendoors.ai/forms/your-form.
  • QR code — downloadable PNG pointing at the hosted link.
