Form submission notifications

Per form, configure notifications on every submission. Best practice: notify via SMS for high-value forms (demo requests) and email for lower-priority forms.

   Add email, SMS, or Slack channel.

   Customise template

   Include fields from the submission in the notification body.

   Route by condition

   Different recipients based on form fields (e.g. budget > $10k → senior rep).
