Find your plan in Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

  • Essentials — core CRM, Conversations, Calendars.
  • Business — adds Workflows, Email, SMS marketing, Sites.
  • Scale — adds AI Tools, Communities, Affiliates, advanced reporting.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing with SSO, audit logs, SLAs.
